Individual Therapy

We all experience times when life feels particularly hard, and the stress is too much to handle alone. Whether it’s stress from work, family, romantic relationships, major life decisions or past traumatic events, individual therapy is a great place to turn for support. 

Engaging in therapy provides an opportunity to learn more about yourself, while developing healthy skills and strategies to handle what life throws at you. Therapy also provides a safe/comfortable space for you to decompress, process your thoughts & feel your feels. 

In an effort to foster growth and change, I seek to increase my client’s self-awareness. Gaining awareness of what we have the ability to control (thoughts/behaviors/feelings) creates a starting point for change.
